We're on the hunt for skilled Welders to join their production team based in Coomera on a full-time, permanent basis.

This is your chance to build boats, not just weld metal. Join a passionate production team building large boats (4m upwards) to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship.

*Aluminium experience is highly desirable, and both MIG and TIG skills will set you up for success.

• Sign-on bonus: $1,000 at 4 weeks, plus a further $1,000 at 6 Months (T&Cs apply)

Hours: 6:00am- 2:30pm, Monday to Friday (38hrs/week) + occasional overtime

Pay Rate: $37.16 – $40.64 per hour (depending on experience/qualifications)

What You'll Bring:

• MIG welding skills (essential)
• TIG welding skills (highly desirable)
• Willingness to learn aluminium boat and trailer fabrication
• Ability to weld aluminium extrusion and unpainted sheet metal
• A commitment to hitting build timeframes and keeping production flowing
• Pride in producing neat, quality welds every day
• Comfort using power tools, pneumatic tools, band saws, hand tools and welders
• A great attitude- ready to have fun, learn, and challenge yourself
