· Site-Based Role – Curtis Island (GLNG)

UGL Services is seeking experienced Intermediate Riggers to support shutdown activities at the GLNG Facility on Curtis Island. These are site-based roles within a dynamic LNG environment, working as part of a high-performing shutdown team.

About the Role

You will execute rigging duties across shutdown work scopes, supporting lifting, maintenance and shutdown execution activities while ensuring all tasks are completed safely, efficiently and in line with site procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform rigging, lifting and dogging activities during shutdown
• Inspect and prepare lifting equipment and ensure compliance
• Communicate effectively with crane operators and work crews
• Support shutdown work fronts with safe and efficient execution
• Adhere to permit systems, risk assessments and safety protocols
• Maintain high standards of housekeeping and site safety

About You

• Proven experience in shutdowns within LNG, Oil & Gas or heavy industry
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Available for full shutdown duration including day/night roster

Required Competencies

• Intermediate Rigger Ticket
• Elevated Work Platform (EWP)
• Working at Heights
• Atmospheric Gas Testing

Desirable:

• Overhead Gantry Crane competency

Shutdown Roster

• 12-hour shifts
• 13 consecutive days on
• Day/Night rotation
• Commencing 3 August 2026 through to approximately 1 September 2026
