What Your Days Will Look Like
You'll be working shoulder-to-shoulder with some of the most experienced infrastructure engineers in the industry. This is a highly collaborative team that solves problems together, not in silos. You'll:

• Work directly with directors and senior engineers who are actively designing every day
• Contribute to technically complex structural and civil infrastructure projects
• Develop capability across advanced structural analysis software with expert guidance
• Attend site and construction stages to see how great design translates to the real world
• Learn in an environment where asking hard questions is encouraged, not discouraged

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor of Civil Engineering – structural focus preferred, civil infrastructure broadly considered
• 1–2 years of structural design experience on infrastructure projects
• Genuine technical curiosity and a passion for engineering design

• The ambition to grow into one of the best design engineers in the market.
