We are seeking a diligent and technically strong Structural Engineer with at least 4 years of consulting experience to join the structural design team. Under the guidance of senior leadership, you will apply advanced engineering principles to deliver practical, economical, and safe structural designs.
Key responsibilities include:

• Developing structural designs, documentation, specifications, and reports for projects.
• Devising and implementing structural solutions to complex engineering challenges.
• Collaborating with drafting teams to ensure accurate drawings, and liaising with external architects, builders, and services engineers.
• Assisting with project fee proposals and technical reports to meet client requirements.
• Ensuring all designs and site activities comply with Australian Standards, building codes, and WHS practices.

Who We Are Looking For

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Current membership with Engineers Australia, actively working toward obtaining CPEng.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience within an engineering consultancy environment
• Strong proficiency in structural analysis software: Etabs, Spacegass, RAM, and RAPT.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills for effective stakeholder coordination.
