The Role

This role is perfect for someone wanting a more local focus and the opportunity to make a difference within the Mountains community, while still enjoying collaboration with the Sydney office and exposure to a broad range of projects.

You’ll work across structural projects from early stages through to delivery, liaising closely with clients and coordinating internally and externally to keep projects moving smoothly. Strong communication is key, so you’ll be someone who enjoys building relationships and working through design challenges collaboratively.

The Requirements

• A genuine interest and passion for all things structural engineering
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate confidently with clients, consultants architects and builders
• A team mindset with a willingness to learn and contribute to a positive office culture
• 3+ years experience working in a local consultancy
• Full working rights in Australia
