The Role
They are now seeking a technically proficient Structural Engineer to join their team, based in Western Sydney. You will work collaboratively to deliver cost-effective and technically superior outcomes for a diverse portfolio of projects. You will also conduct structural inspections on a range of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Specialised Design: Develop and execute structural designs, with a specific focus on shoring walls and earth retention systems.
• Project Lifecycle: Contribute to the entire project lifecycle, from initial design phases to final inspections.
• Technical Quality: Ensure all structural recommendations and designs meet the highest industry standards and comply with relevant codes.
• Collaboration: Partner with internal drafting teams and senior management to ensure design integrity and project efficiency.
• Stakeholder Management: Liaise with clients to provide clear, professional technical advice and ensure their project goals are met.

What You Bring

• Qualifications: A Bachelor’s degree in Structural or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: A minimum of three years’ professional experience in structural engineering within a consultancy environment.
• Specific Expertise: Proven experience in the design of shoring walls is essential.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural design software and an ability to interpret complex field data into actionable designs.
